- How do people contact me on this site?
Our unique inner e-mail messaging system allows casting directors and others to contact you for jobs and inquiries. Zoobody WILL NEVER give out your personal information such as e-mail, phone, or address. This is a security issue.
- Why can't I search the database of users?
We don't allow you to search for other users because this is also a security issue. We want users to know they are only being contacted by our large database of casting directors, agencies, and managers. Zoobody is absolutely free so we want to make sure you have a wonderful secure experience. Allowing people to scan large databases could lead to a leak in information, exposure of an e-mail, and possibly a reverse look up on a phone number. Our site has been tested and approved for security. We will never give out your personal information or media.
- I'm worried that my child is well under 18. Can he/she sign up?
Yes! Parents are more than welcome to have their child sign up with confidence. As stated in question 2 and 3, we do not give out personal information. Only people that will be searching our database are verified super users who have had background checks on their companies.
- Certain features ask for a credit card, is this site secure?
You can feel very safe entering your credit card into our system. Look for the lock in the bottom of your browser before entering to assure you the page is secure. Our system is verified by Geotrust, one of the leading providers of SSL certificates.
