MODELING CONTEST- Rules and Regulations
THE CONTEST IS CONDUCTED SOLELY BY MGMT FIRST CORPORATION. ALTHOUGH MGMT FIRST CORPORATION WILL TAKE PUBLIC VOTING INTO CONSIDERATION IN ITS SELECTION OF A WINNER, THE FINAL DECISION WILL BE IN THE SOLE DISCRETION OF MGMT FIRST CORPORATION. BY CHECKING THE BOX BELOW, THE CONTESTANT ACKNOWLEDGES AND AGREES THAT ZOOBODY, LLC IS MERELY PROVIDING A FORUM TO HOST THE PROFILES OF CONTESTANTS FOR THE CONTEST AND IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR THE CONDUCT OF THE CONTEST, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE AWARD OF PRIZES.
1. CONTEST PERIOD
The Contest period begins on February 11, 2008 and ends on February 10, 2009.
Zoobody, LLC and MGMT First Corporation may terminate the Contest at any time.
2. ELIGIBILITY
The Contest is open to all persons who have valid Zoobody.com profiles. Employees and immediate family members of Zoobody, LLC, MGMT First Corporation and their affiliates, parents, subsidiaries and agents are not eligible. Participants under the age of 18 must receive permission from their parents or guardians prior to entry. Anyone chosen as a winner agrees to withdraw from any other modeling contests and agrees not to enter any other modeling contest for a year from the time the contest ends. Only one entry per person is authorized. Contestants entering the Contest more than once will be automatically disqualified.
All applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations apply.
3. ENTRY
Individuals may only apply online at Zoobody.com. During the entry period, each individual who applies for this Contest at Zoobody.com will be entered to win. A completed entry consists of all of the following elements: (i) a completed profile, (ii) full resume, (iii) two photographs: one of which must be a full length picture. No group shots will be considered. Entries that are incomplete, illegible or otherwise not in compliance with these official rules will be disqualified. One profile entry per person. Multiple entries will be void. Use of any false Zoobody.com account will void all entries made by that entrant.
No responsibility is assumed for any computer, telephone, cable, network, satellite, electronic or Internet hardware or software malfunctions, failures, connections, availability or inoperable transmissions or service provider/Internet/ web site accessibility or availability, traffic congestion or unauthorized human intervention.
4. SELECTION OF WINNER
Only contestants with complete profiles will be entered in the Contest and the winner will be selected from the pool of entries. MGMT First Corporation will choose the winner of the Contest from the profiles hosted by Zoobody, LLC on the website: Zoobody.com. MGMT First Corporation will take public voting into consideration in its selection of a winner, but the final decision will be in the sole discretion of MGMT First Corporation. A winner will be selected every 3 months. The winner of the contest will be featured on Zoobody.com until the next winner is selected. Participants agree to be bound by these rules and decisions of MGMT First Corporation, which are final.
The winner will be notified on his/her Zoobody.com profile.
5. PRIZES
Each winner of the Contest will be offered a $100,000 modeling contract, the terms of which contract will be determined solely by MGMT First Corporation. Each winner will be provided, by MGMT First Corporation, with a flight to New York City, hotel accommodations and a professional photo shoot. Travel dates are to be determined, and the trip must be taken on dates and times designated by MGMT First Corporation. Travel restrictions may apply, and frequent flier miles may not be available. Once travel is booked, no changes or cancellations will be accepted. No extensions or exceptions shall apply or be available. All travel is subject to availability. All other expenses (including without limitation transportation, gratuities, incidental expenses and meals) not expressly stated herein are the responsibility of the winners. All federal, state, local and other taxes imposed on prizes are the sole responsibility of the winners. The winners may be required to complete an affidavit of eligibility/liability. Prizes cannot be transferred, substituted, or redeemed for cash. No warranties are made with respect to prizes.
6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY; GENERAL CONDITIONS; RIGHTS OF USE; MISCELLANEOUS
By participating in the Contest, contestants agree to abide by the terms of these Rules and Regulations and by the decisions of MGMT First Corporation, which will be final. All winners and their parents/legal guardians will be required to sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility and a Liability and Publicity Release within 14 days of notification of being selected as a winner and prior to awarding the prizes. In the event that a properly completed Affidavit and Release are not returned within 14 days of notification, the winner will be disqualified.
Acceptance of the prizes constitutes the winners’ permission to use their names, cities and states of residence, and likeness’, for print, film, television or in any other media for advertising and promotional purposes without compensation and to be photographed for advertising and publicity purposes without additional compensation except where prohibited by law. All entrants release MGMT First Corporation and all parties acting in concert and their respective affiliates, parents, subsidiaries, directors, officers, employees and all other entities associated with the development and execution of this Contest, including Zoobody, LLC, from any and all liability from injury, loss or damage of any kind resulting from participation in this Contest and/or from acceptance, possession or use of any prize. If for any reason the Contest is not capable for running as planned, including infection by computer virus, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the control of MGMT First Corporation or Zoobody, LLC, which corrupt or affect the hosting, administration, security, fairness, integrity or property conduct of this Contest, MGMT First Corporation reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, and to cancel, terminate or modify the Contest, and judge entries from among all eligible, nonsuspect entries received prior to such action. MGMT First Corporation and Zoobody, LLC assume no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft, or destruction or unauthorized access to, or alteration of, entries. MGMT First Corporation and Zoobody, LLC are not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer online systems, servers, or providers, computer equipment, software or traffic congestion on the internet, including any injury or damage to contestant’s or any other person’s computer related to or resulting from participation or downloading any materials in this Contest. ANY ATTEMPT BY AN ENTRANT TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ZOOBODY.COM OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE CONTEST IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS, AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, ZOOBODY, LLC AND MGMT FIRST CORPORATION RESERVE THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES FROM ANY SUCH CONTESTANT TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
Contestants and winners agree to adhere to the rules and regulations of this Contest. All contestants agree that United States law shall apply exclusively to the Contest and that any dispute with respect to the Contest shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Connecticut, and in the event of any litigation arising out of this Contest, venue shall be in New Haven, Connecticut.
7. PRIVACY
By entering this Contest, contestants agree and consent that any information provided upon entering the Contest may be used by Zoobody, LLC in accordance with its Privacy Policy available at Zoobody’s Privacy Policy. If you do not want your information used in this manner, do not enter this Contest.
8. MEMBER DISPUTES
You are solely responsible for your interactions with other Zoobody.com members. Zoobody.com reserves the right, but has no obligation to monitor disputes between you and other members.

hello! I saw three winners of this competition. I cannot understand by what criteria they have been chosen. I was completely scarified JJ Cortez. My face was long, my hair were bad color.
